Returns & Refunds

Stifan Pet Care is committed to providing consistent customer satisfaction. We value our customer feedback, and we always look for ways to improve.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products and how they are regulated according to Good Manufacturing Practices, we cannot accept returns on opened or used product. You may return unused products within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unopened and unused. Currently, Stifan Pet Care does not cover return shipping charges.

To start a return, contact us at info@stifanpetcare.com and include a brief description on why you would like to return your product along with your order number.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@stifanpetcare.com.

 

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier used and initiate the claims process with them. Stifan Pet Care is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and any claims must be resolved by the customer with the shipping carrier.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs. It can take a few business days after receipt of refund confirmation for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
