Sodium lauryl sulfate [SLS] and SLES, also known as sulfates, are considered harsh forms of detergents, even though SLES is a milder version of SLS. Our products are SLS and SLES free.

PEGs [polyethyleneglycol] are a synthetically modified class of ingredients with a wide array of functions that are commonly found in personal care, baby care and pet care products. They are typically used to make cleansers more mild or improve the overall performance and aesthetics of finished products. We don’t use them because they contain 1,4-Dioxane.

1,4-Dioxane is a carcinogenic byproduct that occurs in trace amounts from the chemical manufacturing process of SLES. Additionally, 1,4-Dioxane may arise as a byproduct from the chemical manufacturing process of PEG-containing ingredients. We don’t use SLES or PEGs in our products, so you don’t have to worry!

Although essential oils are diluted down into finished products to a safe and effective level, they can still pose a serious health risk to cats. This is because cats are more sensitive, thus using essential oil-based products on cats can potentially cause respiratory issues and even damage their liver. Our Shampoo + Conditioner uses peppermint oil, which is why we only recommend it for dogs at this time.

Yes. This product can be used to cleanse and condition all types of dog coats and is specially formulated for dogs with sensitive skin.

The cleansing ingredients used to make this product are naturally derived from sustainable coconut oil, and readily renewable corn and palm kernel oil. They are ultra-mild.

The cleansing agents in this product are free of sulfates.

No. We are committed to keeping all our finished products free of these chemicals.

The conditioning ingredients used to make this product are plant and vegetable derived from natural cellulose and guar bean. This blend of conditioning ingredients provides superior conditioning with added shine to your dog’s coat.

Yes. We use finely ground oat flour from premium gluten-free oats.
